We are devoted to providing specialized training that focuses on your particular physical needs . We can schedule
a session one on one or with two people if you are similar in fitness levels. You can be secure in the fact that your
trainer is expertly trained, fully experienced, professional and suited to work with special health considerations. Your health,
safety and desired outcome are our highest priority.

Mat / Spring / Reformer
Mat: work is done on the floor that include the key Pilates abdominal series.
Springboard: this piece of resistance equipment will add more challenge to your workout. Tone your legs, arms and buns in
addition to the usual abdominal challenge. Reformer: The Reformer is the most versatile and popular piece of Pilates equipment.
Elongate and tone your whole body while having lots of fun.

This is a great way to begin your Pilates program, with your first class free...
This class is also a great compliment
to the other classes on the schedule or to make up for one that was missed during the week.
The Mat class provides a challenging workout focusing on
the abdominals, the back, the legs and butt. All working towards the goals of strengthening and lengthening the muscles
to provide stability and support for all the other movements of your day.
$15 single class, $125 for package of 10 classes.
Family Yoga - Kids (ages 9 & up) + parent (s) Wednesdays only
Vinyasa style of Iyengar yoga, classes that endeavor to develop mindfulness, confidence,
and compassion through an emphasis on the breath, heart, and body alignment. Especially focusing on the
physical and emotional changes yoga initiates.
