Mat: work is done on the floor that include
the key Pilates abdominal series. Springboard: this piece of resistance equipment will add more challenge to your workout.
Tone your legs, arms and buns in addition to the usual abdominal challenge. Reformer: The Reformer is the most versatile and
popular piece of Pilates equipment. Elongate and tone your whole body while having lots of fun.

to be one of best exercises to do, both during and after their pregnancy. If your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor/kegel
muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Pilates is also famous for helping new moms
get their figures back after baby is born!

All working towards the goals of strengthening and lengthening the muscles to provide stability and support for all the other
